If you haven't figured it out from the idiotic looking guys telling you how to play then hopefully this will help.
Basically, game starts by doing the thumper chant found in the video. First person then throws a sign, hits table and passes the sign to the next person. Next person has to do the first sign and then make his own sign up, he then passes to the next person who repeats the first two signs and makes a third. It goes around like until someone messes up the signs when they are doing them. That person drinks. Game starts over
Instead of signs you can also do words or more complete motions with sounds (dirty stuff is always way more fun)
